Returns Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at

We will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Note: In most cases for larger heavy weight items our carrier DHL will collect from your home or workplace, make this a hassle free shopping experience.

Ensure the returns request has been obtained before hand with a Return Merchants Code (RMC).

Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning the items, unless damage has been caused by the carrier.

The return shipping cost will be up to the shipping amount that you paid to receive the items. If the original shipping was free, the return shipping charge can vary between £3.99 to £14.99 depending on the size and weight of the item for UK shipping and a slightly higher charge for Northern Ireland shipping. This return shipping cost may be deducted directly from your refund, once items have been inspected.

You can always contact us for any return question at

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

In the unlikely event of a problem, our UK team is on hand to fix it quickly. For us to do this, faults must be reported to us as soon as you notice them.

We will provide you with a returns approval and free postage label.

If we are satisfied that the fault is ours (i.e. the item was not of satisfactory quality, fit-for-purpose or as described), we will reimburse the cost.
